In order to strengthen the relationship between the department and the industry it is in requirement of an official forum to formalize the existing industrial training programme. “The Exchange- 2024” will set the platform to achieve the said purpose.

Objectives

• To convey the respective skills that need to be gained by the undergraduates through the programme to employers and industry practitioners.
• To create an awareness on the evaluation process of the department industrial training programme to employers and industry practitioners.
• To be informed on the industry expectations from a business management undergraduate.
• To share knowledge on the industrial training monitoring platforms introduced by the faculty (DRES & BSP).
• To improve the industry – Department relationships to get more learning and training opportunities for the undergraduates
